XAPTV respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement.

DMCA Takedown Procedure

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our designated agent with the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information sufficient to locate the material
  • Contact information for the complaining party
  • A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized
  • A statement that the information is accurate and that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material that was removed
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
  • Your name, address, and telephone number
  • Consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court

Repeat Infringers

XAPTV reserves the right to terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. We will also remove content and/or terminate accounts at our sole discretion.
